How to apply?
For Longterm applicants (> 6mnt stay):
Online Registration waitinglist Fall'26 will start in April
Online registration is available twice per year,
April -> Fallsemester
October -> Springsemester
For Short-stays (< 6mnts, interns, erasmus, etc.):

About the application process (longterm):
Due to high demand, we create waiting lists for each semester. Once reaching a limit of max. 500 applicants it will be closed. If an opening becomes available, we select the most suitable candidate(s) from the list. Your position on the list is irrelevant. Your field of study, nationality, age, etc. may be taken into account as we strive to promote diversity in our housing. We also recommend sending us a brief reminder approximately two months before your preferred arrival date and also let us know about your flexibilties if e.g. you could move in a month earlier, or later. This greatly helps us keep applicants active on the list!
About the application process (for shorts):
Similar to the long-term program, we maintain waiting lists. However, there are several different lists (e.g., full semesters, short stays, summer stays, etc.), as individual needs and time frames vary from case to case. We strongly recommend applying early, as your position on the waiting list is also taken into consideration. Additionally, sending us a brief reminder approximately two months before your preferred arrival date will help ensure that your application remains active and on our radar. Is your intended stay 7 or even 8 months? Apply anyway. And if you are unsure about anything, please feel free to contact us via email.
