Doubleroom available by August or September

We’re looking for two persons willing to share a room from September onwards!
There will be double room @Max12 available: It has 24m², its own washing basin, fully furnished and a big balcony facing the courtyard with a fantastic view over the city.
Pricing per person: CHF 965/monthly with all extras, internet and halfboard (breakfast & dinner) included
Conditions: Minimum duration of stay for one semester (until Feb 2025)
Applicants must already know eachother (siblings, a young couple, good friends, etc.), in education and under 30 years of age.
